NukeBlog v2

This is a second release of the NukeBlog module originally by Trevor Scott. The main change in this release is that the admin can allow anonymous visitors to view the blogs but the visitors are limited as to what they can do. Visitors can not post comments or blogs. It also should work with Platinum Nuke and other nuke flavors.

This is the second release of my modified version of the famous Sommaire Parametrable to work with RavenNuke(tm) 2.40.

Here is a list of changes:

Modified block to make XHTML 1.0 Transitional compliant.
Replaced deprecated ereg and eregi with Perl-compatible preg. (PHP 5.3+ compliant)
Replaced deprecated split with Perl-compatible preg_split. (PHP 5.3+ compliant)
Modified admin to function correctly with RavenNuke(tm).
New installer.
Language files moved to own folder so updating will not write over files.
Double quote in language files replaced with single quotes.
